ZG 200-400 ZG15 Carbon Steel Casting is a high-strength cast carbon steel grade for engineering, where ZG stands for cast carbon steel, 200 stands for a yield point of 200MPa, and 400 stands for a tensile strength of 400MPa.

ZG200-400 has good plasticity, toughness and welding properties, and is suitable for various mechanical parts with low stress and high toughness requirements, such as machine bases, gearbox housings, etc. Its core chemical composition includes carbon (C) ≤ 0.20%, silicon (Si) ≤ 0.60%, manganese (Mn) ≤ 0.80%, sulfur (S) ≤ 0.035%, phosphorus (P) ≤ 0.035%, chromium (Cr) ≤ 0.35%, nickel (Ni) ≤ 0.40%, copper (Cu) ≤ 0.40%
